Rank 1 – Awakening (MaRLo Remix)

The original ‘Awakening’ from Dutch powerhouse pair Rank1 is taken from 2002’s ‘Symsonic’ album, with versions from Ferry Corsten and Cosmic Gate. The Amsterdam-Australian Altitude ringleader MaRLo is given the responsibility of blasting the remix into the ears of the next generation and does so fast and furiously.

Racing through the night with plenty of stings, allowing for brief shelter by returning the compliments of the breakdown, ‘Awakening’ is all-action with a capital A. As all of the original’s components climb to the top, trance’s golden era comes home to blow minds the second time around.
